If there is a layover, the passenger is escorted to a company lounge (if the passenger have acess to it) , offering a comfortable place to relax with refreshments, snacks, and high-speed Wi-Fi. 

Throughout the connection, the dedicated agent remains available to provide any necessary assistance, such as updates on the next flight or additional services. When it is time to board the connecting flight, the passenger is escorted directly to the gate, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transfer.
